研究生英文報告競賽辦法與議程
本次中國材料科學學會111年年會將舉辦研究生英文報告競賽以增進研究生講演表達研究成果能力,並促進科技研究交流。主辦單位將邀請評審委員進行書面與現場口頭報告評分,將擇優選出若干獎項,頒發獎狀及獎金以茲鼓勵。
參賽資格
國內大專院校就讀之碩、博士研究生,請攜帶學生證備查。
報名方式
於本會投稿上傳論文全文(兩頁),並於報名網頁中勾選參加「研究生英文報告競賽」,論文全文需以英文撰寫,全文僅供評分使用,不公開於本網站與大會手冊。[論文全文格式,請下載範例(英文)並依格式撰寫。]
評選方式
(1) 第一階段:將聘請評審委員就投稿之書面資料依研究內容(70%),文章架構(30%)進行評分,並遴選 36篇進入第二階段,第一階段評審結果將於?月?日前公告於會議官方網頁,未獲選之論文將保留其海報發表之資格。
(2) 第二階段:36篇論文將分為A、B、C三組,於111年11月18日(五)依官網公告議程進行英文口頭報告,並聘請專家學者依研究內容(40%),報告架構(20%),報告技巧與問答(40%)進行評分。
獎勵方式
每組將擇優評選出優勝一名與佳作一名,以茲鼓勵。
優勝:獎金3000元與獎狀乙張

口頭報告說明
- 每篇論文限一位作者參賽進行報告,並須完成會議註冊及繳費。
- 每位時間為10分鐘(含8分鐘報告,2分鐘問答時間),全程需以英文進行。
- 口頭報告地點:聯合大學理工二館A2-339、A2-340、A2-341 視聽教室 。
- 口頭報告時間: 11月18日AM 09:30 - 11:40。
- 所有報告內容須準備成power point 檔案,並於競賽當日報告前至報告地點上傳報告檔案。

11月19日PM 04:30-05:00年會頒獎、摸彩與閉幕典禮(理工二館 1F 中庭)
